The salary is £28,143 p.a. for a 37.5-hour week, pro rata (i.e. £11,257 pa.)

The Role:

• Lead and develop children’s and youth groups (ages 0–18) within the church and wider community.

• Facilitate engaging sessions for Sunday mornings and midweek gatherings.

• Coordinate volunteers and work with families.

• Build on strong links with local schools

• Ensure an engaging, welcoming and safe environment for all children and youth.

We’re Looking For:

• A committed Christian passionate about working with children and young people.

• Experience in church-based or community youth/children’s work.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Creativity, initiative, and a sense of fun.
